This program is designed for moms who feel overwhelmed, stressed, and emotionally drained—especially those raising children with complex needs. If you’ve been putting yourself last, feeling stuck, or just plain burnt out, you’re in the right place. If you’re ready to reclaim your peace, energy, and joy, then this journey is for you. What can I expect in a 1:1 coaching session?
In each session, we’ll dive deep into what’s going on for you. We’ll use somatic breathwork, coaching, and nurturing practices to help you feel grounded and empowered. You’ll leave feeling more connected to yourself and equipped with tools to manage stress, heal trauma, and prevent burnout. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and journey.
I’m not sure I can commit to 6 months—what if I need something shorter?
I totally get it! Six months can sound like a big commitment, but it’s designed to create lasting transformation. That said, I’m here to support you in whatever way feels best for you. We can chat about a shorter commitment or even start with a few individual sessions to see if we’re a good match.
Do I need to have experience with breathwork?
Not at all! Whether you're a complete beginner or experienced in breathwork, our sessions are tailored to meet you where you’re at. I'll guide you every step of the way, and you’ll quickly find your rhythm as we go along.
What’s the best way to get started?
The best way to get started is to book a Discovery Call. This allows us to talk about your needs, what’s been going on for you, and how I can support you on your journey. From there, we’ll decide together if we’re a good fit and how best to move forward.
What results can I expect?

And also, note that just as our children develop at their own pace, you too may heal and transform at your own pace. We are all on different stages of our journeys.
As a mother of an eighteen year old child with a complicated medical history, I have spent almost two decades learning how to best navigate motherhood, especially when it is filled with “extras”. It wasn’t until I found breathwork and somatic therapy, that I learned how to live more peacefully, more resourced and less stressed. I can help you do the same.
